Kelly grew up surrounded by family businesses, being 3rd generation business owner and operator, Kelly knows what it takes to run a business and all the headaches that come with it. Growth HR was founded after Kelly saw a gap in the market to be able to assist other family run, small – medium sized businesses with their HR & Recruitment needs.
At the age of 21, Kelly worked for a top ASX listed company, then moving on to establish herself as the operational general manager for one of the most progressive and recognisable fast growing real estate brands in Australia. More than a decade down the track, Kelly has gained experience and insights into a variety of industries by delivering HR advice and management, as well as end-to-end recruitment to many small – medium sized enterprises.
Annette is an inspirational women’s leader, drawing on an eclectic mix of experience from practice and life. Having previously worked in a diverse range of roles throughout her career, including running a successful family manufacturing business all while raising a family, Annette was able to upskill and transfer some of her experience into growing a thriving accounting business.
She knows firsthand the importance of building businesses that are sustainable whilst juggling work/life pressures. She has decided now is the time to use those experiences to help others to grow their business and their team by providing the benefits of having been there, done that in a diverse range of businesses.
In her spare time, Annette is no stranger to an early morning ocean swim, loves to take on triathlons and has been known to commit to a committee or two, including Board positions of local not-for-profits and business groups. She is also Patrol Captain at Cronulla Surf Lifesaving Club.
Emily is a HR consultant with over 4 years of experience in the field. Emily began her career as a primary school teacher, during which time she discovered her passion for problem-solving and helping people navigate challenges. Equipped with a Bachelor of Teaching, Emily transitioned to human resources, where she found her true calling. Her educational background laid a solid foundation for understanding people and fostering positive environments. Emily has completed a postgraduate Diploma in HR.
Emily has a strong understanding of the intricacies of HR in a corporate setting and a genuine interest in people’s well-being. Her approach to HR goes beyond policies and procedures; she strives to create workplaces that nurture both individual and collective growth. Outside the office, Emily is a mother to three young children with all the activities and skills this involves. Emily is also a fluent Japanese speaker.
As a member of the Growth HR team, Emily brings not only her expertise but her enthusiasm for fostering growth and harmony within businesses. Her journey from the classroom to the boardroom reflects her commitment to lifelong learning and making a positive impact on the lives of those she encounters.
